Developing a Kingdom Staff

Developing a Kingdom Staff

Presented by Dana Epperson, PCA Assistant Head of School, Academics

"...for the equipping of the saints for the work of service to the building up of the body of Christ..."

Ephesians 4:12

As servant leaders our role is to encourage and maintain a Kingdom-Minded Staff in order to further encourage a Colossians 2:23 culture [doing our work as unto the Lord and not for men] for God's glory.  This track will deal specifically with the fundamentals of a Kingdom Educator while providing practical tips for procuring and growing staff members that reflect your school's mission and vision.  Time will be dedicated to professional development programming which includes staff training and logistics, conducting evalutations of all staff members in order to provide constructive feedback, developing leaders and more.
