  • Teacher Efficacy
  • School Improvement
  • Curriculum and Instruction
  • Professional Learning Communities

Leading the Upper School will focus on several characteristics of high performing schools: clear and shared focus; high standards and expectations for ALL students; high levels of collaboration and communication; standards-based curriculum, instruction, and assessment; frequent monitoring of learning and teaching; and focused professional development. This session will provide a detailed description of how these characteristics are used to build a culture of excellence that enhances all aspects of Kingdom Education and promotes continuous school improvement. Instructional leadership and frameworks for success will be shared to assist the Upper School to grow and nurture students both spiritually and academically.

Jennifer Williams Ed.S.
Jennifer Williams, Ed. S., is in her fifth year at Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy as the Upper School Mathematics Department Chair and K-12 Instructional Lead Teacher for Mathematics. Mrs. Williams joined ELCA in 2012 after serving in public education for 12 years. Jennifer Williams received both her Bachelor of Education degree and Masters of Education degree from Georgia State University. She received her Ed. S. in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University.

Chuck Gilliam, Ed.S.
Chuck Gilliam received a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Ed. from Clearwater Christian College; Masters of Science in Teaching from Piedmont College and Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University Taught at Elementary, Middle and High School levels; served as Middle and High School Principal at Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy in McDonough, Georgia. Chuck is currently serving at Eagle’s Landing in McDonough, Georgia as the Head of School.
